  • Visa Interview: Required for most applicants.

Work Visa (H-1B Visa)

  • Job Offer: Obtain a job offer in a specialty occupation from a U.S. employer.
  • Employer Sponsorship: The employer must file a petition on your behalf.
  • Proof of Qualifications: Hold at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in the relevant field.
  • Visa Cap: Be aware of the annual numerical limit on H-1B visas.
